1. I paid for STL, where can I download them?
After payment you will receive an email to your PayPal contact address with a link to download the STL files. Please make sure your PayPal email address is correct.
2. After payment I did not receive an email with a link to download the STL files
Sending emails with a link to STL files is not automatic, so sometimes it may take longer to receive the email. Please check the "spam" folder in your email. Sometimes an email with a link is blocked and cannot be delivered. If you do not receive the link by the next day, please contact me on Google Chat or email.
3. I accidentally paid twice for the same STL files
If you make multiple payments for the same STL files, I will automatically refund the duplicate payment. Don't worry, it happens sometimes.
4. There are two download buttons in the STL link you received.
What is the difference?
The first link will download a ZIP file with complete STL files and instructions. The second link will show you the individual folders, and you can download piecemeal whatever you need. The content under both links is the same.
