You agree that you are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable in your country. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you may not order or purchase STL files.

Seller shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused by materials purchased on this site. You agree to use this service at your own risk.

STL files that are for sale on this site are provided "as is". Seller addresses the needs of buyers but makes no warranties. Buyers shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights. Seller further does not warrant the accuracy, results, or reliability of the use of the materials.

In no event shall Seller be liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Seller's Materials.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Any purchase is final and any refund is at the discretion of the seller. Seller has the right to cease operations.

The materials appearing on Seller's website contain technical, typographical or photographic errors. Seller does not warrant that the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Seller may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Seller may revise these terms of use at any time without notice.

The contents of this website, including downloads, are the property of Seller which is protected by domestic and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any part of the website content without the prior express written consent of the seller.

You may print or download portions of material from various areas of this website solely for your own non-commercial use.

Neither this website nor any part of it may be distributed, duplicated, modified, copied, sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the seller. You may not access the contents of the Website, including the 3D printing files, for any reason other than for your non-commercial, personal use.

1. Who we are

This website, 3dprintedtanks.com, trading as World of 3D Printed Tanks, and the sale of digital 3D model files through it are operated by:

We are the controller of your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). That means we decide why and how your data is used, and we are answerable for it.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, because our processing does not meet the conditions in Article 37 GDPR that would require one. Write to the e-mail above with any question about your data.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to sell you a file and keep proper records. There is no user account, no newsletter and no profiling on this site.

• Contact details — your name and e-mail address, and billing details if you ask for an invoice.
• Order details — the files purchased, the date, the amount, the payment method and the order or transaction reference.
• Payment details — for PayPal we receive confirmation of payment and the name and e-mail address linked to the PayPal account. For bank transfer we see what appears on our bank statement: the sender's name, account number and payment reference. We never receive or store your card number.
• Correspondence — the content of e-mails you send us and our replies.
• Technical data — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) and sets the cookies described in section 7.

We do not ask for special categories of data such as health, religion or political opinions. Please do not send us any.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

Every use of your data rests on one of the grounds in Article 6(1) GDPR.

Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have weighed it against your rights and concluded it does not override them. You can object at any time — see section 9.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or for profiling that produces legal effects for you.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the parties below, and only as far as each of them needs it.

Providers acting on our instructions are engaged as processors under a written agreement that binds them to confidentiality and to the security standards in Article 28 GDPR. PayPal and the bank act as controllers in their own right for the payment itself, under their own privacy policies.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Our hosting, e-mail and payment providers are established in the European Union. Google, however, may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Where that happens, the transfer is covered by one of the safeguards GDPR allows: the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary technical measures. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.

If you buy from outside the EU, delivering your order necessarily means your data reaches you in your own country.

6. How long we keep it

When a period ends we delete the data or anonymise it. Where a legal claim is open, we keep what we need until it is resolved.

7. Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Our cookie banner sorts them into four groups:

• Necessary — needed for the site to work, for example to remember your cookie choice. These are set without consent, because the site cannot function without them.
• Functional — remember preferences such as language.
• Performance — count visits and show us which pages are used, in aggregate.
• Marketing — would allow advertising to be targeted. We do not currently run advertising or remarketing on this site.

Everything except the necessary group is set only if you consent, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie settings on the site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though the site may then not work as intended.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that was lawfully done before you withdrew it.

8. How we keep it safe

The site and our e-mail run over encrypted connections (HTTPS, TLS). Access to orders, e-mail and the file storage is limited to the operator named in section 1 and protected by a password and, where the service offers it, two-factor authentication. Download links are unlisted — they are not indexed and are shared only with the buyer, which is why we ask you not to pass them on.

We never hold your payment card details. Card data is handled entirely by PayPal.

No system is completely secure. If a breach of your data occurs and it is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the supervisory authority as Articles 33 and 34 GDPR require.

9. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — ask what data we hold about you and get a copy.
• Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Erasure — have your data deleted, where we have no continuing legal ground to keep it. Invoices are the usual exception: accounting law requires us to keep them.
• Restriction — have processing paused while an objection or a dispute about accuracy is resolved.
• Portability — receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller.
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your situation.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, for anything based on consent, without affecting what was done beforehand.

To exercise any of these, e-mail info@3dprintedtanks.com. We reply within one month; if a request is complex we may extend that by two further months and will tell you why. There is no charge, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we release data — usually by writing from the e-mail address used for the order.

10. Complaints, children and changes

Complaints. If you think we handle your data wrongly, please tell us first — most things are sorted out in an e-mail. You also have the right to complain to the Czech supervisory authority:

If you live in another EU country, you may complain to the authority there instead.

Children. This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes. We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version always sits on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be announced by e-mail.
